Bot kết nối tài khoản của bạn qua API key — chỉ cần quyền giao dịch, không cần quyền rút tiền. Tiền của bạn luôn nằm trên sàn.

Nguyên nhân: API key chưa bật quyền Giao dịch Futures (hoặc Spot), hoặc chưa thêm IP của bot vào danh sách IP được phép trên sàn.
Cause: the API key does not have Futures trading permission (or Spot) enabled, or the bot's IP has not been added to the allowed IP list on the exchange.

- Tìm API đã tạoFind the API you createdVào mục API Management trên sàn, mở đúng API key đang dùng cho bot.Open API Management on the exchange and select the exact API key used by the bot.
- Kiểm tra quyền giao dịchCheck trading permissionsXem đã tích Cho phép Giao dịch Futures (và Spot nếu cần) chưa. TUYỆT ĐỐI không bật quyền Rút tiền.Verify that Enable Futures (and Spot if needed) is ticked. Never enable Withdrawals.
- Kiểm tra IP của botCheck the bot's IPỞ phần Giới hạn truy cập IP, đảm bảo đã nhập đúng IP máy chủ bot (bot sẽ hiển thị IP cần thêm, hoặc hỏi CSKH).Under IP access restriction, make sure the correct bot server IP is entered (the bot shows the IP to add, or ask support).
- Sửa → tích chọn → Lưu lạiEdit → tick → SaveBấm Sửa, tích các quyền cần thiết và thêm IP, rồi Lưu lại. Sau đó gõ /resetup để bot cập nhật API — bot sẽ tự động thử lại.Click Edit, tick the required permissions and add the IP, then Save. Then send /resetup so the bot updates the key — it will auto-retry.
OKX, KuCoin, Bitget cần thêm Passphrase do bạn tự đặt khi tạo key — nhập đúng khi kết nối.
OKX, KuCoin and Bitget also need a Passphrase you set when creating the key — enter it correctly when connecting.
